In the Sanlin Star Region of the Federation, Xu Le, an orphan from the Donglin area, works as a clerk in the shop of the mechanic Feng Yu. Feng Yu teaches Xu Le mechanic techniques and ancient martial arts moves. But one day, Feng Yu is hunted down by the Federation military, and Xu Le is inexplicably implicated and becomes a wanted criminal of the Federation.
